Anti-Friction Metal Treatment

Advanced metal-conditioning formula designed to reduce friction, heat, and wear in engines, transmissions, machinery, and industrial lubrication systems.

ABOUT

Advanced Metal Protection & Friction Reduction

SUPERKOTE 2000 Metal Treatment is an advanced anti-friction and metal-conditioning formula designed for engines, transmissions, industrial machinery, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and other lubricated mechanical systems.

Added to the existing lubricant, Metal Treatment is carried to moving metal surfaces where it helps reduce friction, heat, and wear while supporting smoother operation and long-term component protection.

Compatible with petroleum-based and most synthetic lubricants, Metal Treatment is designed for demanding automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural, construction equipment, and industrial applications.

ABOUT

Advanced Friction & Wear Protection

Engineered for demanding automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial lubrication systems.

Metal Treatment Features

Friction Reduction:

Helps reduce friction between moving metal surfaces, supporting smoother operation and minimizing wear and heat.

High Durability:

Helps protect engines, machinery, and lubricated components operating under high loads, elevated temperatures, and demanding conditions.

Metal Protection:

Conditions metal surfaces to help reduce wear and friction while supporting the protective performance of the lubricant.

Versatility:

Suitable for a wide range of automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural, marine, and industrial lubrication systems.

Reliable in Demanding Conditions

Designed to perform in lubrication systems exposed to heavy loads, friction, elevated temperatures, and demanding operating environments.

Performance Support

Helps promote smoother mechanical operation by reducing friction and supporting efficient lubricant performance.

Broad Application Range

Suitable for engines, transmissions, differentials, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, bearings, machinery, and other compatible lubricated systems.

Lubricant Compatibility

Designed for use with petroleum-based oils and most synthetic lubricants without replacing the primary lubricant.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Engines: Add 8 fl oz to crankcases containing 4–6 quarts of oil.

Hydraulic Systems: Add 1 fl oz per quart of hydraulic fluid.

Gearboxes: Add 2 fl oz per quart of gear lubricant.

Large Engines: Add 1.5 fl oz per quart of oil.

Automatic Transmissions: Add 8 fl oz to the transmission fluid, subject to manufacturer compatibility requirements.

Motorcycle Engines: Add 2 fl oz per quart of oil.

Manual Transmissions & Differentials: Add according to the recommended treatment ratio for the lubricant capacity.

Heavy-Duty Applications: Follow the recommended dosage for industrial and heavy-duty lubrication systems.

DIRECTIONS

Shake well before use. Add directly to the compatible lubricant according to the recommended dosage for the application. The product may be added during a lubricant change or to an existing lubricant where appropriate.

DO NOT USE

Do not use in brake systems, radiators, or Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVTs). Do not add to systems where the equipment manufacturer prohibits supplemental lubricant treatments or additives.
